The Listed Property Show at Olympia was extremely well attended this year which I think surprised everyone as the weather had been so awful and public transport was not running very efficiently! Our stand was in a very good position near the entrance, the restaurant and the seminar area! Visitors came from all over the home counties some of them with some wonderful properties that they need help with and others having a good look round and getting advice before buying a Listed Building. We were joined on our stand by Edward Mayer of ‘Swift Conservation’. Edward advises on how to design Swift (and other bird and bat) nest places into buildings, improve biodiversity with cost-effective features, and meet local Planning requirements. He attracted a lot of attention to our stand!
