David Wright of the Tunbridge Wells Civic Society gave an interesting presentation on the Trusts’s visits to notable local buildings this year. One of these was in fact Braylsham Castle which we designed many years ago. He then proceeded to the Award ceremony which included several projects completed in Tunbridge Wells. We were presented with the design award for 23, Lansdowne Road. This is the remodelling and reconstruction of a splendid Victorian villa into 10 luxury apartments.
