Vale of Rheidol Railway

The Vale of Rheidol Railway will be able to give a new lease of life to London Bridge Station Roof which has been demolished to make way for expansion.  We have drawn up plans for a new Heritage Railway Museum at Aberystwyth Station and these parts of the Grade II-listed structure will form the cornerstone of the main locomotive building which along with restored engines, will display a unique collection of narrow gauge artefacts.

The Vale of Rheidol Railway was first opened in 1902 and takes passengers along the beautiful Rheidol valley up to Devils Bridge along a 12-mile narrow gauge track.
