We worked with Rosemary Shrager to convert an upper floor of the Corn Exchange in Tunbridge Wells into her new Cookery School. Together with her executive chef John Rogers, she runs half and one-day courses in the wonderful student kitchen which was fitted out by Mark Wilkinson. We enjoyed a particularly instructive day in the kitchen under her beady eyes learning how to make pasta, bread rolls and a particularly delicious sea food dish. After our hard morning’s work, we sat down to eat the fruits of our labour with a glass of wine and enjoyed some very entertaining anecdotes from Rosemary!
