The new section of the Rother Valley Railway opened today from Robertsbridge Junction station site to Northbridge Street. As the Architects for the project, we were invited to a celebration lunch was held at the station and then everyone enjoyed a ride or two along the new track to the bridge and back. The next section, which will cross the A21, will connect the Rother Valley Railway with the Kent and East Sussex Railway which runs through to Tenterden.
